Personal Life

Native of Little Rock, Arkansas; graduated from the University of Central Arkansas in Conway, Arkansas with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology.
Active and a member of civic and professional organizations, such as the Little Rock Board of Realtors, Arkansas Realtors Association and National Association of Realtors, and involved in community organizations, such as Greater Little Rock Chapter of Jack & Jill Inc.
Parent member of Hendrix College and former Chair of the Parents Board at Bucknell University in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania. Her participation with these organizations helps her stay informed about issues regarding our youth, families and communities.
Hobbies include selling and listing homes to her clients, volunteering, reading, spending time with family and friends, traveling, sports and fitness.

Introducing the Other Half of Karen&Co.

Gia Hayes graduated from Bucknell University where she majored in Computer Science and Engineering and played on the Women’s Basketball team. She is currently working as a Software Engineer in the Tech Industry and assisting Karen as a Realtor.
